Axcess One Members are able to purchase a 2010 Season Car Park book which provides access to every home and away AFL match at Etihad Stadium, or alternatively may purchase a team package which provides access to all of your favourite team’s home and away matches at Etihad Stadium.

Axcees One Charge Cards
The Axcess One Charge Card is an easy and convenient way to arrange payment for food and beverage at a number of facilities within Etihad Stadium. A predetermined dollar amount is deposited into an account for
each card, and once used, the dollar amount will automatically be debited against the card.
As a transferable debit card, the Axcess One Charge Card allows you to
take care of the bill for clients, family or friends attending Etihad Stadium.
The Charge Card can be used in the Axcess One Members Bar, Arena View Restaurant or the Concourse Cafe.
To apply for an Axcess One Charge Card simply complete an application
form, nominating the amount you wish to deposit on the card. Members can purchase one or more Charge Cards, which can either be disposed of when the funds are spent or retained and 'topped up' for further use. A minimum of $50 and maximum of $1000 per card applies.

Lost Membership Cards - Replacement fee of $20.00 per card
In the event that a Membership Card is lost or stolen, the Member is to complete the Lost Membership Card Form, located below, and return it to the Member Servivces Team. A replacement fee of $20 (incl GST) applies per card.
Please allow for a minimum of 48 hours for AFL Cards to be replaced.

To change the payment details in which your Axcess One Membership monthly fees are deducted, please complete either the Change of Direct Debit Bank Account Form or the Change of Credit Card Authorisation Form

Lost Match Tickets - Replacement Fee Applies
In the event that a Members' ticket/s or ticketbook is lost or stolen the Member is to complete the Lost Ticket Form, located below, and return it to the Member Services Team.
A replacement fee of $20 (incl GST) per game applies, regardless of the number of tickets lost for that game.

The Member Services Team must receive this completed Form at least 24 hours prior to an event, and no later than 3.00pm on Fridays. Email notification will not be accepted.
